About Us
Dr. Paula Carmichael graduated from Dalhousie Medical School in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1999. She went on to do her Family Medicine residency at the University of Calgary. She moved to the Fredericton region in 2009.
In 2015, Dr. Carmichael decided to foster her interest in Medical Aesthetics. She is a Fellow with the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine, and has completed extensive training in injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers. She has travelled abroad to learn how to work with PRF (protein rich fibrin), and is the only clinic locally that offers PRF for aesthetics as well as for joint and ligament injuries.
Dr. Carmichael also offers liquid nitrogen treatment, small lesion removal, and skin biopsies. She is excited to also now offer Emsella® for both men and women struggling with urinary incontinence and sexual dysfunction.
Jessica Hitchcock is a US trained medical assistant, and has been working in health care since 2005. She has a background in aesthetics, and spent several years in both the US and Canada working in the field of Dermatology. Jessica has a passion for medical aesthetics, and is always excited to share her vast knowledge in skin care.
Cindy Chase-Nickum is a medical office assistant with over 30 years in the field. She has worked in obstetrics and several family practice offices over the years. Cindy loves people and prides herself on making your time in our office a pleasant experience.
